Questions
What photos do I need?
Between 5 and 40 photos of the property, as JPG, PNG or HEIC files (HEIC is the iPhone default). Up to 40 MB each.
How much does it cost?
$150 flat per video.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes. Each property takes $5 off the price per video, up to $25 off: 2 properties are $140 each, 3 are $135, 4 are $130, and 5 or more are $125 each. .
When do I pay?
When you place your order, before you upload photos. Payment is by card through Stripe.
How do I get my video?
We email you when your watermarked preview is ready. Once you approve it, download the full-quality MP4 from your dashboard.
How long does it take?
Your preview is usually ready within 2 business days of submitting your photos. We'll email you as soon as it is.
Can I request changes?
Yes. One round of changes is included before you approve your video. Email [email protected] with what you'd like changed and we'll send an updated preview.
Can I use the video on Airbnb, VRBO and social media?
Yes. Once you've approved it, use it anywhere you market your property: listing sites, social media, your own website and ads.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund if you ask before we start work on your video. After that we'll make one round of changes instead, and your order is final once you approve your video. See our Refund Policy.
How long do you keep my photos and video?
Photos are deleted 30 days after you upload them, and videos 60 days after they're ready, so please download your video soon after approving it.
